I hit a wall in my business.

Revenue was ok. Staff was had chemistry. But nothing was growing.

Better ads didn't fix it. New menu items didn't fix it. More hustle definitely didn't fix it.

The real problem was that I wasn’t a didn’t believe I in me as much as I should.

I showed up in the little thing, thus Good Part was not longer top of mind for my customers.

So I built a documents all my experience and experiments. Tested it on my own juice bar.

And BOOM! Scaled from 1 location to 2 in 9 months, including the first ever juice bar at Johns Hopkins University.

I’ve you’ve been reading then you some of the story.

But now, I'm revealing the entire playbook in this video.

Here's the recap:

Built Different: The Good Taste Standard Framework

In this episode, I'm breaking down the exact system I used to transform my business into a brand people couldn't ignore—and how you can do the same.

The TASTE Framework: 5 Pillars That Separate Stuck Businesses from Growing Brands

While logos and aesthetics matter, you have to think of “taste” as a strategy. Implemented from your internal culture to how customers experience your brand.

Here's the breakdown:

  • T — Trust — Stop hiding behind certifications and logos. People buy from people they connect with. I share the exact video + form system I used to filter employees AND build customer trust through live masterclasses and content.

  • A — Assets — Your processes, IP, and signature workflows are assets you're probably not seeing. I show how branded merchandise, a signature video series, and documented recipes became compounding assets that elevated our positioning.

  • S — Systems — Founders get stuck doing everything. I built systems so the business could run without me—including the actual juice prep calculator I created to hand off production to my team.

  • T — Tools — It's not about buying the best tools. It's about the right tools. I walk through the questions I asked myself before every equipment and software decision.

  • E — Experiences — This is where customers become fans. I show how free fitness events, popup shops, and nutrition classes transformed our juice bar into something people talked about.

When you demonstrate a good taste standard, you go from stagnant to growing. Generic to premium. Thin margins to high margins.

  • Something to think about: Write down every time you don’t feel like doing something. Then write down what’s so uncomfortable about that thing. What is it about this thing bothers you so much? Will doing the thing put you in better or worse position? What will happen if you don’t do it?
You can take a mental note, but truthfully its worth writing down.
