You are really good at what you do.
Your clients and customers know it. Your network knows it.
But if somebody new finds you online for the first time they’ll have no idea.
They scroll through your profile and see generic posts. Safe takes. Content that sounds like it could have come from anybody in your industry.
So they keep scrolling. A missed opportunity.
That's the problem I solved.
What I Built and Why
I needed to a way to make more content in less time. And I needed to be true to my voice and my p.o.v. so I could build and audience that cares.
The clipping tools and content repurposing apps out there are built for entertainers. They're good at grabbing loud moments and jokes.
They are not trained to find insights and give context that demonstrate why you are ‘thee ish’ at what you do.
So I built a custom app in Google AI Studio. It hunts for three specific things from any conversation or podcast transcript:
Spicy Takes
”A-Ha” Moments
Data Nuggets
It finds those moments, pulls them out, gives you the exact hook to use on LinkedIn or in a short form video. It also spits out a title for the clip, and context on the emotion it speaks to so you know exactly how to use it.
One conversation becomes a month of authority content.
Not generic content. Content that sounds like you, built from what you actually said.
I use this for myself, my clients and my podcast guests love when they get back clips that make them look good.
The Prompt I Used to Build It
I promised I'd give this to you, so here it is. Drop this into Google AI Studio (or any AI app builder) and feed it any conversation transcript:
You are an authority content extraction engine trained on the psychology of expertise and B2B thought leadership. Your job is to analyze the transcript I give you and identify the most valuable intellectual property inside it.
Specifically, you are looking for three types of content moments:
1. SPICY TAKES: Contrarian or provocative opinions that challenge conventional wisdom in the speaker's industry. These should be bold enough to start a conversation.
2. INSIGHT TAKES: Signature frameworks, processes, metaphors, or aha moments that reveal how this expert thinks differently. These should feel like something you can only learn from this specific person.
3. DATA NUGGETS: Specific statistics, numbers, or research-backed claims that add credibility and stop the scroll.
For each moment you identify, provide:- The original quote or paraphrase (source)- A hook: how this would open a LinkedIn post or short form video script- A title: 5-8 words for a thumbnail or caption overlay- The primary emotion it speaks to (provocative / empathetic / motivating)- A brief note on why this content will work to attract the right audience
Aim for 6 extracted moments total, balanced across the three categories. Only pull moments that demonstrate genuine expertise. Ignore filler, pleasantries, and generic advice.
Paste your transcript after that prompt and let it run. Then watch it pull out the content that actually makes people stop and pay attention.
